Customer Pain Points:
The loading and unloading task is highly repetitive, making staffing difficult.
Traditional automation introduction requires long lead time, high budget and is highly reliant on integrators.
Solution:
One MG400 controlled by as master computer is stationed next to a conveyor belt. The robot is equipped with suction cup gripper to pick out parts from pallets and puts them on the conveyor belt to be transported to the next step. The pallets are organized in a 3 x 8 x 2 formation. The MG400 takes out one unit at a time, until all the parts are loaded onto the conveyor belt. The worker can adjust the workflow speed through the control of the master computer, making the whole production process more efficient.
Value Proposition:
Replaces 2 workers, and increase efficiency by 20%.
Efficient use of space. Short payback period.
Product Highlights:
The footprint of a MG400 is less than a piece of A4 size paper. The robot supports drag-to-teach and graphical programming. It takes only 10 minutes for an average user to get started. The MG400 can be quickly deployed into various assembly lines to perform complex automation tasks.
