Shenzhen, China, August 15 2019 – Today, Dobot played host to its VIP visitors – Malaysia’s Minister of Finance Hon Lim Guan Eng, deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry Hon Dr. Ong Kian Ming, and Embassy's Minister Economics to China See Chee Kong.
During the visit, Dobot’s CEO, Jerry Liu, gave all Malaysian guests a brief introduction to Dobot’s latest product developments and technological achievements. Minister Hon Lim Guan Eng heaped praise on Dobot’s accomplishments and expressed his keen interest in the application of robotic automation, artificial intelligence in future-proof talent developments, manufacturing and other knowledge-intensive industries. He also shared with Dobot the long-term development plan for his country and invited Dobot to invest in Malaysia.
Deputy Minister Hon Dr. Ong Kian Ming also shared the blueprint launched by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) in 2018. Dobot’s CEO, Jerry Liu, remarked that Dobot would be honored to be part of Malaysia's industrial upgrade.
